myRetire in Africa was started in response to the lack of information out there on retirement locations in Africa  – other than South Africa and Morocco. I was searching for information for myself and realized that these resources can benefit others.

There are many amazing places in Africa, it has amazing people and through this site others can discover the possibilities of retiring here. Africa is changing and there are opportunities now that did not exist ten years ago.
